  • We are aware that clients have three priorities when retaining counsel: sound legal advice, timely delivery and cost management. We endeavor to achieve all three. We promote a continuous and clear dialogue with our clients and transparent billing practices.

  • We have not been retained to teach law: we deliver clear, concise, and, most importantly, commercially useful legal advice. We strive to establish durable relationships with our clients on a win-win basis across generations.

  • At Secretan Troyanov, we refrain from becoming excessively specialized, so as to remain in touch with various areas of law and business sectors in numerous jurisdictions. This allows us to have a better understanding of the multiple facets of our clients' activities and to deliver comprehensive and global advice.
